I liked that the hotel was extraordinary and clean. All the staff were absolutely kind, gentle. The venue was in the very central setting right by the river. I had quick lunch at Mashida, located close to the hotel.

I had a very enjoyable short stay here, great for the money. Popular hotel, just superb location, decent rooms. Worth mentioning view, a large balcony, nice bed, too. The outdoor restaurant was terrific, great service.

My 1 night in Lucerne were good. Staff exceptionally helpful! My room was beautiful and airy. Self check-in was a bonus. Within walking distance of a chapel and a tower. They offered me outstanding meals, had lots of options to choose from.

the hotel was fun, so clean. breakfast was free with plenty of options. i slept so comfy in the large bed. the staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. there were a grocery store and a shopping area around the property. again, i went to see old town lucerne nearby.

Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The room we booked was very clean. The hostess was friendly:)))
